The stress cycle

Stress in the mind and body can present in many forms, that can be both productive and unproductive. A healthy level of stress may improve focus, aid attention and positively impact the outcome of a task or action. When experienced in unhealthy levels, stress can impede focus, upset digestion, reduce memory, cloud cognition and contribute to ill health.

Prolonged or repetitive stress negatively impacts health and can contribute to increased anxiety, stomach pain, immune deficiencies, physical pain, adrenal fatigue, loss of concentration and more.
