Sources of stress

Have you ever wondered why some people thrive in stressful situations and environments and others are overwhelmed by stress. Sources of stress come from uncertainty, demands, problems, personality. These sources may be present in the environment, the workplace and ones personal life. 

The variables in relation to ones response to stress include perception, experiences, social support, locus of control and hostility. These variables can have a direct positive or negative impact on stress ones response and experience of stress.
