Recall your values

If what we focus on expands, what are we focusing on to make new habits?


Recall earlier in your learning, you determined your values. Take a moment now to refresh on those values, personal and professional.

Recall your values. Consider and ask yourself:

How present are these values in my day? What did I do today to uphold these values? How might these values support my success in forming new habits?

Go to page 13, activity 13 in your workbook to recall and capture.

Making my values present on a small card near my bed; viewing and keeping them present my mind each morning when I wake, when I get home from work and before I go to bed, helped shift my focus to what’s most important to me.  I find myself doing things more that align with my values than before. It feels really good.
