There are many opportunities for mindfulness moments. Highlighted in this course are just some of those moments: In the shower, between activities, waiting for coffee, walking, in meetings and more.

I was drawn to facilitating mindfulness moments whilst having a cup of tea.  Paying attention to the breath and expanding to the feeling of the warmth of the cup. I am still surprised at how quickly I feel connected, present.
